i love real wood

So far, Josh and I have registered at four places and each one has a good reason.
1. Anthropologie: If I could, I would live in the store due to the amazing smells, amazing design, and amazing feeling it gives me (i instantly feel more artsy in this store)*
2. Crate and Barrel: I love boxes and Josh loves cooking. Crate and Barrel provides me with the feeling, due to the name of the store, of registering for boxes (which I didn't, I had self-control), and it provides Josh with the freedom to pick amazing things to cook with (while registering, he was telling me exactly what dishes he could put on certain platters. Thank you Shelly Pritchett for creating a chef).
3. Target: This is the best store for all the essential items that you don't really want to spend a ton of money on and Target gives them to you for cheap. I spent many weekends during my high-school career going down every single aisle of Target with Erin Vroom. That is what we did when we got bored.
4. Sears: We needed appliances, such as a vacuum, and we also needed some cool tools to do our projects/crafts with. I can't even count the times I have said "I wish I had a saw" in the last year.

But alas... even with all these wonderful stores, there is one thing that is missing... and I found it at Relic Design. The answer: real wood! If I could, I would register here for furniture. I am not the only one. If you take Josh into a store with furniture made out of real wood, he cannot keep his hands off. There is just something about the grain and texture of the pieces. Relic Design makes furniture from 100% recycled timber, and it is all handmade. No wonder its beautiful...

Makes me wish I had taken woodshop or home-ec or whatever that class is...

Even this one is nothing short of amazing, but I am not sure how well it would fit in our future home unless we were intensely patriotic and decorated with red white and blue...

* Josh also loves Anthro although he doesn't like to admit on a day to day basis. Catch him on a good day and ask.
